Certificate Programs

Talent & Inclusion’s Learning & Organization Development offers a range of in-house certificate programs. These certificates provide an excellent opportunity to delve deeply into specific subject areas. By building on your existing knowledge and experience, while also offering new insights and perspectives, our core workshops are designed to help you achieve maximum professional success.

Program Requirements

  • Eligibility: Certificate program opportunities are open to all WPI employees and are available at multiple levels. Eligibility requirements vary depending on the program. 
  • Completion Time: Certificate programs must be completed within the specified timeframe they are offered.
  • Instruction: Sessions within certificate programs are instructor-led by a facilitator.
    • There is no prerequisite for the number of course hours completed.
  • Manager Discussion: Employees are encouraged to discuss their interest in participating in a certificate program with their managers.
